ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT DETAILS

Explore By Mail will email you to confirm your order and give you details concerning the product or service delivery on an order has been successfully placed . In the event that there is an error in this email, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

Explore By Mail is a monthly subscription based product and as such the subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis. Your subscription will start as soon as your debit/credit card is successfully charged.

Unless otherwise stated, you will be charged the rate stated at the time you purchase your subscription, even if the price increases later on. However, if at any time you cancel your subscription and re-subscribe at a later date, this constitutes a new subscription and you will be charged the most current rate.

If you would like to purchase a Explore By Mail subscription for more than one customer and/or organization, then you need to purchase a business or agency license. A business or agency (ex. Social Media Managers, Ads Manager, Graphic Designers, Website Designers, Brand Designers) is allowed one account owner who can then distribute products and services to their customers and/or organizations depending on the number of licenses purchased. Please contact Explore By Mail or additional information on obtaining a business or agency license.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS

All sales of downloadable digital products are final (no refunds or returns), including limited-time content, unless otherwise stated in a guarantee.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle. You have the right to utilize the content you paid for even after your subscription has been canceled. You must download the content each month to retain access. Explore By Mail will not be able to provide you with historical content.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

FACEBOOK COMMUNITY

Facebook Group access is only available to Explore By Mail members with an active subscription. Upon cancelling your subscription, you will be removed from the Facebook Group.

The primary purpose of the Facebook Group is to support each other. Inappropriate postings and/or comments will not be tolerated. Users may not use vulgar language or harass, intimidate, threaten, discriminate against, make false or defamatory statements, or invade the privacy of other members.

Users may not use the Facebook Group for commercial purposes such as promoting, advertising, soliciting or selling any goods and services.

Users may not use the Facebook Group to violate the copyrights, trademark rights or other intellectual property rights of third parties, misrepresent or falsely represent themselves and any person or entity their affiliated with, or engage in illegal activities.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
